Residential Intern at our Lindencroft Program
Lindencroft is a 24 hour-group home which serves adolescent female service recipients through a comprehensive network of services located in Berkley, Massachusetts. It is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care. The program provides a comprehensive array of clinically sound and sophisticated services designed to serve female service recipients and their families.

Intern Description:
- Learn case management techniques working with at risk female adolescents.
- Observe/Attend scheduled meetings for service recipients.
- Observe behavior management and therapeutic treatment modalities of program.
- Assist in researching community resources for youth and their families.
- Assist with daily routine and service recipients activities.
- Interns should have an interest in – and sensitivity toward - the population that this program serves. Community Care Services requires a Criminal Offender Record Investigation (CORI) which may take 2 weeks for some programs. Other requirements include Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training, as well as tuberculosis screening at some programs. We will arrange for completion of all your requirements.
