Adult Support Network
This program provides residential and support services for adults with long-term psychiatric disabilities. It serves the Taunton area, including Middleboro, Raynham, Lakeville, Dighton, Rehoboth and Seekonk. The network is comprised of three 24-hour group residences and apartments with on-site supervision including our newest Young Adult Program, and a Mobile Treatment Team providing outreach support to those living in their own home or apartment. The program provides individuals with daily counseling, psychiatric/medical support including assistance with medication, psychosocial rehabilitation, case management, coordination with treatment providers, housing assistance, and crisis outreach.

Family Resource Center
This program provides temporary residential housing and placement services for seven homeless families. Support services include: budgeting, financial planning, individualized case management, medical and dental assessments and referrals, mental health services, substance abuse education and prevention, domestic violence education, nutrition and meal preparation, parenting and child enrichment classes, and aftercare support.

Housing Assistance Program
This program provides housing search and prevention services to homeless families in Bristol County. This area includes three family homeless shelters. Referrals are made from the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) in Taunton, Fall River and New Bedford. Clients must be emergency assistance eligible, and must have a referral from their local DTA office.

Hillside Adult Day Health Center
Hillside Adult Day Health Center serves as a community-based, cost-effective, long-term care alternative for frail elders and disabled adults. This safe and caring environment supports individuals who live at home or with family members. Designed with a medical focus, the program provides medical monitoring, specialized memory loss units, case management, opportunities for socialization, peer interaction, support groups, respite care and educational supports to families. Hillside also offers a social day program. The goal of social day care is to provide supportive opportunities and basic assistance with activities of daily living for older/disabled persons while providing relief and support to their caregivers.
